"Selma Kronja is an exceptional artist with a very broad range of interests and knowledge, from costume design, fashion design, teaching and university practice to painting. She intelligently recognizes media and excels in contemporary artistic practices.

I participated in an exhibition project she worked on with her students, which completely changed the classic narrative of museum exhibitions and offered great opportunities for these young people. I was extremely proud of Selma because she was my student, and she opened my eyes to entirely new methods of working with students.

As a costume and fashion designer, she is continuously present in the scene. Her versatility and education provide a clear overview of the stage, costumes, and especially the details, which she transfer excellently into fashion design, where she professionally works on bag and tote collections and other fashion details. She wonderfully shapes objects, and her refined approach to materials gives them tactility and harmony. Additionally, her use of graphic design is perfect, free from any unnecessary detail.

Selma spends her free time immersed in painting, again with great passion and a wealth of experience in design. Her paintings are wonderfully conceived and always brought to a high artistic and aesthetic level!"
